Jane* migrated to Lebanon as a domestic worker in 2014. Her main motivation was to be able to support her children and her ailing parents as she was the sole breadwinner. Her experience quickly became sour immediately after she arrived. What followed was a gruelling six years of exploitation until she was able to return home with the support of wellwishers. Jane shares her story above.
